We will be delighted to host you in one of our two fully independent guest rooms. You will have a completely independent entrance. The two bedrooms are also independent of each other. We are ideally located, in the heart of the Saint-Michel district (5 minutes from the République-Beaux-Arts Metro, 10 minutes from the Grand-Place and train stations). V-Lille station, Supermarket, Delicatessen and Bakery within a 3-minute walk The space You will be located on the 1st floor of a typical 1890 house in Lille: Marble fireplaces, ceiling height of 3 m. We live there, but we have designed our guest rooms so that you have independence and privacy. Each 18 m² room has a private bathroom (shower/sink and toilet) and an equipped kitchen area. The "Maximilien of Austria" room is on the street side The "Marie de Bourgogne" room is on the garden side A double bed is located on the mezzanine and a two-seater sofa is convertible. The accommodation is designed for 2 people. If you don't want to share the same bed and want the 2 beds prepared, this is possible for an extra €10/night. The mezzanine is accessible by ladder, if you're ever uncomfortable with this, you can ask us to prepare only the sofa bed at no extra cost. A table for two and a built-in wardrobe complete the amenities.
