Located in a pleasant area, this villa has 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Our villa, which has air-conditioned rooms, a private pool and garden, offers comfortable living spaces to crowded families with its large rooms, spacious living room and kitchen. Our villa has been carefully furnished so that you can have a peaceful vacation with your loved ones. GROUND FLOOR: There is a living room, an open concept kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor of our villa. The living room also has a sofa set, coffee table and television. The kitchen has all the standard supplies to meet your needs. The patio that opens to the garden and pool is also quite enjoyable. FIRST FLOOR: There are 2 rooms on the first floor of our villa. Both rooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms. SECOND FLOOR: There are 2 rooms on the second floor of our villa. The rooms on this floor have 2 single beds. There is a large shared bathroom. GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, stone barbecue. POOL: The dimensions of the private swimming pool are 9 x 7 meters and the depth is 1.50 meters. INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in our villa. The information is shared with our guests during check-in. SERVICES & EXTRAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Our villa is cleaned before check-in. The rooms are prepared with textile products washed in accordance with the necessary hygiene rules - sheets, quilts, pillows, pillowcases, towels for indoor use. If cleaning services are requested during the stay, they are charged extra. There are no beach towels. Our villa has cleaning equipment, but no cleaning chemicals. There are no foods such as oil, salt, sugar in the kitchen. Electricity, water, internet, gas fees are included in the price. For stays of 4 nights or less, a cleaning fee is added to the price.
