The space Small Villa with splendid view on the Santa Giulia Bay, one of the most beautiful of Corsica Island. The villa of 55 square meters has been revamped recently with a cute decoration and has a huge terrace of 60 square meters, which allows a 180° view on sea and mountains. The villa, with air conditioning, offers : A living room. A kitchen,"american style" fully-fitted with washing machine, dish cleaner and a micro wave oven. A confortable bedroom with twin beds( 90cm) and big cupboard.The corridor has another large cupboard. A bath room with bath. the WC are separated. A second bedroom with 2 beds (190x90) Another bathroom with shower, lavabo and another WC House hold linen is optional, on request. The huge terrace proposes a BBQ + an outdoor shower. It is partly covered to allow outdoor lunch in the shade and is equipped of a set of garden furniture to enjoy the splendid view The access to the beach is at about 5mn by walking. There is a possibility of swiming pool by taking a drink The "Marina " is a landscaped and securised résidence with a private parking.. The residence near by the most outstanding corsican beaches is located at 6km from the nice town of Porto Vecchio and 20km from the estupending town of Bonifacio. The Figari airport is at about a 20mn drive from us. You have at your disposal a super market at a 2mn drive from home and huge super markets downtown in Porto Vecchio.
