With an ice-creamery, coffee shop, kiosk and jetty right out front its hard to resist spending your time outdoors on the vibrant beachfront soaking up the stunning views across the bay to Magnetic Island. The space One of the best locations on the beachfront with so much just a short stroll away. Grab a beach chair and folding table from the ground floor private laundry and head over the road to sink your feet in the sand. Or spend your days exploring a multitude of cafes, bars and restaurants. Feeling adventurous? Try an e-scooter. Soak up the sunrise with a morning walk or jog. There’s so much to explore right on your doorstep. Guest access Access is via stairs to the second floor. Guests have full use of the 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with full kitchen amenities. Private car park on ground floor. Exclusive use of private laundry (free use of washing machine/ dryer) at the rear of the car park. Please be mindful of other residents and keep noise to a minimum in the common areas and stairwell. The industrial bin at the rear of the complex is for all residents to use - emptied early Tuesday mornings. Other things to note Access to the second story apartment is via stairs in a private stairwell. Please see photos.
