Local laws prohibit amplified music in outdoor spaces. Guest access The property consists of 2 duplexes side by side. This unit is in the duplex closest to the creek. You have your own cozy private backyard area just off the kitchen, fenced with party lights, a BBQ, and a small patio table. There is a sitting area right by the CREEK - this riparian corridor hosts deer, foxes, and other wildlife! While the property is in a residential area, it still feels secluded! There is also a coin laundry on premises which you can use. Other things to note Parking spaces for the property are marked - please park in your designated spot.
