This spacious 4.5-room apartment, which was completely renovated in summer 2021, extends over 2 floors. It has a large, light-flooded living / dining area, 3fully equipped bedrooms as well as 2 modern bathrooms and a balcony. WiFi and baby equipment (cot, high chair) are available. In just under 15 minutes you can reach Münster's beautiful city center with the existing bicycles (2x) and move around like real Munster people. The space The apartment is located in the upper area of a 2-family house in Münster St. Mauritz, one of the most popular residential areas in Münster. The apartment door is on the 1st floor of the house. On this level you will find the modern living / dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (including a combination steamer), a spacious dining area (dining table for up to 10 people) and a large sofa. On this level you will also find a spacious bedroom (180cm bed with high-quality mattresses) and a small bathroom with a modern shower. You reach the upper level of the apartment via 5 steps (safety guard from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor), where you will find a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and small bathtub as well as another bedroom (160cm bed with high-quality mattresses). A further 8 steps take you to a very spacious attic room with another double bed (180cm) and a single bed (90cmx200cm). All 3 bedrooms can be completely darkened. Guest access - 1 parking space directly in front of the house (free of charge, but a little tricky to park there as it is quite narrow, with a little bit of practice still possible for our VW sharan but we would not recommend to park there with a larger car than ours) - Additional parking on the street (free parking spaces) Other things to note - Obtained a misappropriation permit as a holiday home from the city of Münster under housing law - To independently remove the bed linen is part of the house rules Registration Details 004-2-0010707-22
