Our Wine & Love Home Apartment is located in the heart of Yerevan city within short walking distance to the State Opera (3 mins), Cascade Arts Centre (5 mins), Republic Square (10 mins). The apartment is surrounded by trendy local cafes, modern restaurants and plenty of cosy wine bars. It is the place to be when holidaying in Yerevan! Step out to corner store to purchase your fresh baked bread. Two supermarkets are down the street to stock up on daily needs and fresh fruits and vegetables. The space The apartment you will be staying at consists of two spacious bedrooms. One with a double bed and wardrobe, the other with two single beds. The apartment also contains a large living room with flatscreen TV, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating and washing machine. Other amenities include a hairdryer, iron and ironing board and free wifi. All bedrooms are fully furnished with linen and bathroom towels to accommodate 4 guests. There are two additional day beds which can be used for sleeping and will comfortably accommodate an extra two guests. Guest access Access to the apartment is via a secure electronic key. Parking is available on nearby streets, no reservation needed. Payment per hour with phone. Other things to note Transport is very affordable in Yerevan. Taxis are easily available at any time of the day or night and are generally always nearby in and around the city. When hailing a taxi make sure that they have a fare calculator operating in their vehicle. This will ensure that passengers are charged the correct rates. Taxis will take you short distances in and around the city, they will also generally be available to take you on day trips just on the outskirts of the city upon request. You can also download Apps (GG or Utaxi) for your rides (local Uber) and pay with card or cash. ​ Getting to Moskovyan 37 from the airport is also quite easy by taxi. However, should you wish to have an airport pick-up, please contact me before and I will do that for additional fee.
