The property offers two distinct spaces, each with unique features. Jupiter, with an area of 28 square meters, is named after the God Jupiter, reflecting his majesty. This space is enriched with refined details, such as Artemide and Tolomeo designer lights, and handcrafted furnishings that offer a panoramic view of Ostuni's unique views. Marte, on the other hand, extends over 17 square meters and is distinguished by the furnishings made through the art of iron, unique in their details. Both spaces combine elegance and craftsmanship, offering an exclusive living experience. The space The Sunshine – Luxury rooms is a luxury property located in one of the noble buildings of Ostuni, overlooking the ancient city walls. Historically, the building was owned by the noble Petraroli family until 1700, with their coat of arms visible on the arch of the portal. Subsequently, following a marriage, it became Palazzo Vitale until the early 1920s. Part of the building was purchased by our family, housing three generations until its renovation and enhancement in 2018, presenting itself today as a luxury structure.
