Ideally located between Carnac and Quiberon Bay, we offer our gîte for rent for your future vacations! +info on gitelespignonsvert.com The space The gîte in more detail: On the ground floor - Entrance with cloakroom area, toilet, equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer section) - Lunch area (4/5 people), baby chair and booster seat on request - Living room, pellet stove, sofa and reading lights, TV, DVD player. ​ Upstairs - Carmody Room: 1 queen size bed (160 x 200), dressing room (possibility of adding a cot on request) - Avonlea Room: 2 beds (90 x 200), possibility to add a 3rd bed (90 x 200) on request, dressing room - Bathroom: shower, hydromassage jets, washing machine, hairdryer - Relaxation area Available: chairs and garden table, barbecue, 2 deckchairs, board games, brochures of the region, wifi, books and DVDs. Optional linens and towels (20 euros per room) Available for rent on site: adult and children's paddles, adult and children's size bikes. Guest access The gîte is quietly located at the end of a small hamlet at the entrance to the village of Plouharnel. Easy to access, there are 2 parking spaces and space for bicycles.
