Free parking, kitchen, a newly renovated toilet and baths, full amenities, and breakfast is included. Free cleaning is provided to guests during their stay. The space Residencia 50 is walking distance from Megaworld’s Iloilo Business Park and 5 min. away from SMCity and Ayala's Atria District. Comfortable for up to 3 guests, it includes daily breakfast, private entrance, a spacious garden, WiFi, parking space, daily cleaning, and all other basic amenities. Guest access Guests will have a private entrance through the garden. They have exclusive use of the ground floor room, kitchen, and amenities. 1 free parking is provided to the guests. During your stay I'll be available for the most part of the our guests’ stay. I live in the main house so I can take care of their needs 24/7. There is also a caretaker assigned to take care to the immediate needs of guests during their stay. Cleaning is done everyday.
