Close to trains A,C,3 & 4, a few stops away from Manhattan, it’s a fully renovated and equipped apartment in eclectic/residencial area near fast foods, pharmacies, laundromat, shopping & supermarkets. Walking distance to parks, tennis courts, baseball park, etc. The space This beautiful space focuses in providing a extremely clean space and all the amenities you may need being away from home. The space is perfect for a single person or a couple looking for a well equipped space for both resting and cooking after a long day exploring the city. The space is also perfect for internships/ exchange students since it provides all the necessary resources for a long stay including a private desk area & strong WiFi. All backgrounds are welcome. The room is on the second floor apartment (stairs), with a full size bed, large size window and central A/C & heather. Guest get a clean towel and soap. There is coffee machine, microwave, tea maker, hair dryer, iron/steamer, refrigerator, stove, oven, and cooking utilities in the kitchen area. Guest access All my guest have access to their private room with a lock to keep their belongings locked. Share bathroom, dinning room, kitchen & all the utilities in the kitchen area. During your stay I like to give space and privacy to my guesses but I’m always open to talk and give tips. Other things to note .
