This beautiful bright T4 apartment of 80m2 very cozy consists of a comfortable living room opening onto a terrace of about 12m2 with small sofa, outdoor seats, 90cm round table and 4 folding chairs. The living room: * A large lounge area with comfortable benches, TV, wifi, books and games * A living area with a large table overlooking the terrace * A fully equipped open kitchen area (Smeg fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and Nespresso machine (remember to bring your capsules, otherwise you will find the Nespresso shop in Biarritz) * 1 bathroom (shower) and separate WC Upstairs (air-conditioned) : - A bedroom with 160 bed and hanging / folded storage (with hangers) - A double bedroom with 1 bed 140 / folded storage (with hangers) - A small room, rather childish, with 1 bed in 90 - A bathroom (shower) with hair dryer, washing machine, dryer and storage. - a 2nd separate toilet (All openings are by velux) The apartment overlooks the Boudigau and is not overlooked. A street borders the residence (shared pedestrian / bicycle / car zone), the speed is limited to 20kmh for motorists. Basic amenities such as: Soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and towels are included in the price of the stay. Sheets are NOT INCLUDED in the price of the stay, see "bed linen option". ----------------------------------------------------- OPTIONAL : Linen option Given the number of beds, a linen option is offered to you so you have nothing to do on your arrival, just enjoy...
