Bookings over 30 days between November and March are charged at a monthly flat rate at £1550 plus airbnb fee (15% + VAT). Please enquire directly for a long term rent during this period. Guest access The apartment is all yours to enjoy. Adjoining our terrace, through a locked gate, is a communal garden with fire pit which can also be used for b-b-q's. Please bring your own logs! The front door key also opens the private gates. The private pontoon is NOT available for your use, please use the public pontoon once your have purchased a licence (£20) Other things to note To avoid disappoint please note that we can not take any bookings for dogs/pets. This is due to a strict tenancy agreement and is irrespective of how well behaved your dog is! PLEASE NOTE:- There is also a covenant that restricts the parking to cars only. Therefore if you own a caravan, camper van of any description, transit van or trailer you will need to park on the village lane (this can be very busy in the summer months). I'm afraid you will be asked to move your vehicle, if it's not a car, if you try to park outside the apartment Due to a lack of storage space unfortunately we are unable to provide any equipment for infants so you will need to bring your own. This includes travel cots, highchairs etc. We are happy to consider long rentals during the winter months.
