The Room at Oriel House is a newly refurbished self contained en-suite room with private access. The room has a mini fridge, microwave oven and kettle, with tea, coffee, crockery, cutlery and glasses provided. There is a small seating area with two chairs. Towels, linen and wifi are included. The room is situated opposite the wharf quay, with a choice of venues serving breakfast just a stone's throw away! Two supermarkets are within a few minutes level walk away. The space Ideally situated in the heart of Bradford on Avon, The Room at Oriel House is opposite the canal and just a few minutes level walk into the centre of the town and the train station (with direct line to Bath). The ensuite has a modern shower, toilet and hand basin. There is no hob or sink; a box will be made available for used crockery to be taken away, washed and replaced daily, as you require. Please note we do not provide breakfast. We provide tea, coffee, sugar (but no milk). The room is an annex within a detached home on the ground floor. The access to the room is along a pathway at the side of the house. Free on-street parking is available nearby (not right outside the property) on Frome Road, Kennet Gardens and a pay car-park at Bailey's Barn. Please note that though self-contained, the room is part of a family home and you may some hear associated sounds. Unfortunately we no longer accept pets due to a bad experience with a guest who did not care for their dog properly or respect house rules. The access to the room entrance is narrow for wheelchair access and therefore may prove difficult for those with mobility issues. Please contact us for further details.
