Small gîte or cottage "Gîte Concon near Lake Vassivière", place for families, couples or groups of friends. The accommodation is ideally located, close enough to the parking lot and sheltered from the wind. Composed of a 21 m² living room/kitchen with sofa bed. A 3 m² bathroom with shower, toilet, single sink. A 7 m² bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Upstairs, a small plus, a mezzanine room (more suitable for 3 children or teenagers) is divided into two parts with a maximum ceiling height of 1.70 m with a double bed, a single bed and a storage cabinet. Two open terraces and a 4 m² storage shed Possibility of having extra linens and towels. Cleaning, wifi, electricity and included in the price. Great value for money in the area.
