We live several blocks from the beach in a two-story beach cottage. Our guest rooms are located on the bottom floor of our home. We have three very comfortable rooms available for guests and a bathroom with large shower. We live in a beach community with an eclectic mix of homes, across from a willow thicket. It is a quiet neighborhood. We are retired so we are usually around with our two small dogs and numerous beautiful hummingbirds buzzing our feeders. Three spacious downstairs bedrooms and private bath with shower. Laundry room with washer/dryer. We have a back patio area for relaxing. Several blocks from Oceano State Beach and Dunes. Parking is available in front of our house with room for a trailer and ATVs. Bedroom Space/Breakdown: 2 Bedrooms will accommodate up to 4 people and a third bedroom up to five. (Two queen and one double bed.) Very comfortable beds. We only book one party, group, per night. Hosts are home and you will access your rooms through the back door. Key information will be given prior to arrival for easy access during your stay. We are usually around as we are both retired, but we assure our guests privacy. Feel free to ask questions about this beautiful area as we are both State Park Docents. Dunes and beaches, hiking trails, Oceano Dunes Center, Railroad Museum, restaurants and music venues. We live where you vacation and this is a vacationer's paradise. Cars, bikes, ATVs, scooters are all available for rent near here. We are close to local bus service. This is an area where many people enjoy beach and dune activities. We live two blocks from the Oceano Dunes Visiting Center. There are many options for walkers and hikers, surfers and dune riders. Rentals for all activities are a block away.
