The space This cosy but modern home is bright and airy, with every room having breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside and tidal river Gannel. 7 Old Barn Court has a well-equipped kitchen, with a family friendly open plan dining area. There is a private decking area where you can look forward to enjoying the morning sunshine with your coffee and breakfast, surrounded by sub-tropical plants. In the evenings, when you aren’t enjoying one of Newquay’s many fine restaurants, there is an elevated BBQ area with an integrated gas BBQ and view over the beautiful surrounding countryside and river Gannel. The living room has duel aspect windows with views over the front and back gardens and in the evening, turns into a cosy space for you to relax in. There is a woodburner (with the flu running all the way up into the single bedroom) and smart TV, with comfortable sofas so that all of your family can sit together. The smart TV has popular apps such as, NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, Disney and lots of catch-up apps for you to use. Each booking comes with a basket full of logs and kindling for you to keep yourself warm by the logburner. Bedroom 1 - One King Size bed with gel mattress. A cot can be put in this room if requested. There is a wardrobe and wooden chest of drawers for you to keep your belongings. Bedroom 2 - 1 single bed with a wardrobe and drawers. Views of the front garden and Gannel river. Bedroom 3 - 1 single bed with a wardrobe and drawers. Views of the back garden. We can provide a z-bed or cot for an extra child in any bedroom. Towels and comfortable bedding are provided for each guest.
