The Escapade is a gorgeous fully restored Victorian home .Entering through the front gate you will be greeted by a lush garden and large frangipani tree . On the left of the house is a large open plan lounge and cosy fireplace , dining room and kitchen with large oregan doors opening to a back garden with saltwater solar heated pool. On the right of the house are three spacious bedrooms , and three bathrooms .Main bedroom has its own lounge with large doors opening onto peaceful back garden . The space The house contains an interesting collection of art , artifacts and furnishings that are predominantly by South African craftsmen and artists.The 3 bedrooms are all extremely spacious with high ceilings adding to the feel of airiness . The main bedroom has an en suite and a small lounge with sliding stacking doors that when open overlook the back garden and pool. , as well as a small outdoor dining space . The remaining two bedrooms each have their own bathrooms but these are not ensuite. Guest access One of the 2 garages leads directly into the garden; there are no steps to access the property. It is all on groundfloor level. You have access to the entire home and garden with the use of an outside laundry room containing washer and dryer . Other things to note There is a house alarm should you wish to have extra security. In the event of the alarm being activated the keypad Ali’s at front door - code is 9999. We have two cats that live on the property. We sometimes take them with us when we are away. In the event that they have been left at home we would only accept guests that are happy to share the space with them and would be willing to feed them daily . There are no litter boxes to clean as they use the garden, very surreptitiously. You would just need to leave a window open for them to get in and out .
