The house has a beautiful 30 m² living room, an equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine. All rooms open onto a large shaded wooden terrace and courtyard. Located in the 2nd row, the house is very quiet and not overlooked. You can get everywhere on foot! The space Renovated in 2014-2015, this house has been used successively since the beginning of the 20th century as a fisherman's house and then as an artist's studio. The style of the house has been preserved as much as possible, including identical carpentry. The house is cool and overlooks a shaded terrace bringing a pleasant shade for all meals. The house enjoys a lot of calm without being overlooked. It does not directly face the street, which protects it from traffic nuisances while maintaining the privacy of the place. 2 closed bedrooms are available. A large one with a 140 cm bed and a small one with 2 90 cm bunk beds. A 3rd bedroom open to the living room is available in a mezzanine under the slope above the large bedroom. It is accessed by a Japanese step staircase via the living room. It has a 140 cm BZ type folding bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, built-in dishwasher, host with outdoor exit, induction cooktop, Nespresso or filter coffee machine, top refrigerator with freezer section). A washing machine is available in the bathroom. A beautiful walk-in shower allows you to desalinate after swimming. A shed is available to store beach items. Guest access The house is part of a complex comprising a large Arcachon house overlooking the street (including 2 dwellings inhabited year-round) and our house at the back of the main house. Access is via the red gate on the left side of the house. A 20-meter gravel path (common area and pedestrian easement) leads to the private courtyard of the house and its terrace. The spaces are perfectly delimited. To facilitate the unloading of luggage, a hand truck awaits you in the shed. Other things to note The cleaning is to be done by the tenants. We do not have a housekeeping service. Sheets (fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases) are not provided, but disposable mattress covers, duvets and 60x60 pillows are available for each bed.
