With living room, fully equipped kitchen and 3 separate bedrooms. The living room has a sofa and armchairs and a large dining table with 6 chairs. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third a comfortable couch bed. Warm in winter because it has a powerful central heating and cool in summer, because it does not give direct sunlight, air conditioning (in the living). Located on the fourth floor with lift and ramp for the disabled. The apartment has lots of natural light and is very quiet.. Guest access Wi-fi and local phone calls. Fully equipped kitchen (induction cooker, dishwasher, toaster, sandwich maker, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, etc.). Basic cooking items as salt, oil, vinegar, sugar, etc. at your disposal. Bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. You will have free tea and coffee and biscuits, cereals, etc. at your disposal so that you can prepare a light breakfast and take energy to start the day. Linens and towels included. Washing machine and iron available for guests. Professional house cleaning included in the price. Other things to note Our arrival and departure times are as follows: => * Check-in * from 4pm, that is the time at which we always have the apartments clean and ready to enter. But if you need we can always receive you from 11:30-12h to leave your bags and give you the keys. => * Check-out * before 11am. If you need to leave before there will be no problem. If you need to leave later, tell us and we can store your bags until the arrival time of the following guests. (We will confirm it when we see you in the apartment when you arrive).
