Artsy ROOM between Vineyards & City Center

I’m happy to share my guest room to travelers from all over the world, if you’re up to experience Vienna from a local perspective. You have your own room – the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared spaces. The apartment is in a nature based & safe neighborhood - close by vineyards & hiking paths. Directly connected to the city centre (20 min). A green market & a shopping street are around the corner. The space I attach great importance to cleanliness and order – I would like to ensure this throughout the stay and also ask my guests to treat my apartment with care. Guest access All areas are available. Other things to note If anything breaks, please let me know honestly. If the apartment is left in an extremely dirty condition, I will be forced to increase the cleaning costs. Parties and strangers are prohibited during the entire stay.
