Unique sea front apartment with spectacular view of the Asinara Island and Corsica. The secure glass railing enhance the view and you will feel like in a boat. The apartment has a shadowed patio with a barbecue where you can have your meals while watching the sea and listening to the waves. The beach is just below and you access it by private gate and stairs. A shower is strategically located on the beach stairs to let you clean from sand and salt before coming back home. The space This is one of the few apartments in Castelsardo that are sea front. This will give you the opportunity to have the wonderful view of Asinara Island, of Corsica and the gulf 24 hours a day. You can enjoy the beautiful and changing colours of the sea. The sea breeze will cool you down while having your meal outside in the terrace looking at the boats, the waves and sipping a glass of a chilled Vermentino wine. Sunsets are amazing. Each of the two bedrooms has its private bathroom. Each bathroom has a shower about 160cm large. Also from the kitchen and living room you have a spectacular view of the sea from a sliding window about 4 m wide. The patio/terrace , from the big glass door up to the glass fence toward the sea, is strictly reserved to the hosts of this apartment. (NEW!) Guest access The patio on the sea, bordered by a low wall and fences, is reserved to this apartment. To go to the sea you don't need to walk on the public street as the private gate opens directly on the beach below. Getting out from the beach you can have a shower to get rid of the salt and sand just at the beginning of the stairs going up from the beach into the compound Other things to note The apartment has been completely renovated in 2022. It has been insulated with 10cm of polystyrene, all windows are equipped with double-glass, the air conditioning is insured by heat pumps which are efficient and deliver heat and cold powerfully but smoothly. The climate in Castelsardo is very pleasant. The summer heat is mitigated by the sea breeze.
