A queen bed in bedroom area, Kitchen, combo living/dining for 2, Roku 32" TV in sitting area and 43" in bedroom area. Easy walk to downtown Auburn shops, restaurants and grocery store. Pet Friendly. window air conditioner for entire apartment installed for season. The space This suite is located in a multi-unit building which accommodates other airbnb travelers. There maybe noise as the location of our home is downtown in the commercial corridor. We're located close to the Seward House museum and the YMCA. Perfect for relaxing after enjoying the local museums, live entertainment, and micro-brew scene. Full-size appliances make cooking convenient. Outdoor covered patio to catch the air and cozy seating with patio warmer and fire pit for use (patio shared space) This is a 2nd floor apartment, if you park in the back parking area, there is a set of exterior steps (see photos) that lead to the main entrance and a few more steps leading from the landing area to the entrance. Traveling with uhaul or trailer no problem as lot of space for both type vehicles. Guest access You'll have access to park in the back of the home or in front of the home on the street, please review parking restriction signs. Access to the Suite is by using the side Patio, you'll enter a white door and head up the stairs to the 2nd floor where your access code will open the door. Other things to note Daily housekeeping is not provided, however can be arranged for an additional cleaning fee.
