All equipt with air conditioner. Master bedroom has king bed size (180x200) 2nd bedroom have 2 bed. The size of the bed is 80x200 and can be adjoining into 1bed (160x200) We also provide sofabed that can convert into bed with size 140x180 The price is for 3 people. But can accomodate max 5 people without extra charge. For extra bedsheet, towel, blanket, hand towel, floor mat will be charge 30rb rupiah each This place is not suitable for baby because i can not provide electric kettle, baby chair, baby crib, baby bather etc. So if you travelling with baby, please consider it Guest access Default setting for 3 guest. But can accomodate up to 5 guest with no extra charge. Towel and blanket only provided for 3 guest only If you need extra towel and blanket, u can request with extra charge 30rb (3usd) per person Paid parking 3000 rupiah per hour Max 50.000 rupiah per24 hour If you want to registered your vehicle to get access for free parking, you just need to paid 150.000 per week or 200.000 per month Other things to note Other things that must be know : - We only accept respectable guests only, no escorts allowed - no illegal drugs allowed - if you're Indonesian and coming as couple, you will have to be 21+ - smoking only at balcony, inside the unit is strictly prohibited. If it is shows any evidence of smoking (including e-cigarettes) or of cigarette butts being brought into the apartment, 2million rupiah will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning bedding, curtains, wallpaper, etc. and any other repairs.
