The space The apartment is located on the 9th floor of the Nineteenth Pearl building, which is part of the KADORR residential complex. A separate road leads to our house and there is a barrier at the entrance to the yard. If you come by car, you can drive inside to park for 30-40 minutes and check in. Then you need to move the car to the parking lot on the street, to a free space. Other things to note The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Guests must maintain cleanliness on their own during their stay. There is a vacuum cleaner, detergents, a mop for this purpose. Also, no smoking allowed in the apartment! Please unconditionally comply with this condition in order to avoid an unpleasant situation and proceedings through the Airbnb Resolution Center with a fine for non-compliance with the rules of residence!
