Kitchen: The American kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, 10-person dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses. Swimming Pool and Garden: There's a swimming pool, dining table, sofa set and chairs, barbecue, lounge chair and sun umbrella in the garden. The pool maintenance is done regularly by the daily attendant. Garden: There's a private swimming pool, barbecue, dining table and chairs, sun umbrella, children's swimming pool, jacuzzi and lounge chairs in the garden. Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa will be handed over to you clean and cleaned once a week. Any extra cleaning services, as well as new sheets, pillowcases etc. you may need can be provided for a fee by the attendants who look after our villa. Security Deposit: A security deposit of 1,000 Turkish Liras will be taken during check-in to the villa. The deposit is returned to our guest upon an inspection of the villa/apartment 10 minutes before departure, as long as there are no problems such as damages, broken or lost items. The check-in time is 4 p.m. on the first day, and the check-out time is 10 a.m. on the last day. Please note that we will not be able to help you if you arrive earlier than your villa/apartment check-in time, as cleaning is performed in the interval between.
