SINGLE room in Retiro-Madrid (central, safe and touristy). Suitable place to REST or telework (there is a good Internet connection). Ideal for SHORT stays. The room is safe, has KEYS and INSURANCE inside. 📌The reservation is NOT automatic. You must first request and answer the questions. It is very important that the guest is AUTONOMOUS or INDEPENDENT and knows how to use the Airbnb platform (Self check-in). The space Before traveling or arriving at the apartment, write down the exact ADDRESS and other INSTRUCTIONS in an agenda or folio (because you may not have internet access). Not having the address and other instructions on hand creates PROBLEMS, not only for the guest, but for the host and even causes inconvenience to the building's neighbors (which you want to avoid). 🛑It is FORBIDDEN to book for third parties. All guests entering the Airbnb must be properly identified. 📌Self Check-in: Between 4 pm and 11 pm (It is not possible to check in before or after). 📌Check-out: 10:59 am 📌Leaving luggage outside the reservation date/time is not accepted. ⚠️QUIET HOURS: 12:00 AM to 6:45 AM There are also other guests in the house, so it is VERY IMPORTANT to read and respect the house RULES (especially NOISE and CLEANLINESS). ❌SMOKING, drug use, or making a scene inside the apartment or building is PROHIBITED (otherwise the reservation will be CANCELED immediately). ❌Non-guests are PROHIBITED from entering without the host's consent. The kitchen is small and is mainly used to heat or prepare something quick (basic). It is not suitable for cooking something very elaborate or spending a long time in the kitchen because there are also other guests in the house. ❌The use of the washing machine IS NOT INCLUDED because we use it every day and we also do not have enough space. 🔥DO NOT leave the stove, kettle, microwave, etc. on (and when leaving, TURN OFF the TV, fan and lights). ⚠️Be very careful NOT TO LOSE the set of KEYS. The penalty is at least 30 Euros (duplicates and services for going to the locksmith). In addition, you run the RISK of waiting a long time and even more so if the locksmith is not open at certain times, on weekends, or we are not available just at the time you need. No air conditioning (only a fan). Does not include a living room. We only offer the room and the use of the common areas. There is no parking in the building. The house is not modern but it is well maintained (If you are looking for a luxury apartment, this is not it). I am also an Airbnb customer as a guest, and I know what a guest usually needs for a short stay (if you have any questions, you can write to me in advance). Guest access Bathroom and kitchen. During your stay It is very important that the guest be autonomous or independent. Although you can write to me if you need anything. Other things to note 🔴In Spain, Guest Registration is now mandatory (Royal Decree 933/2021). Guests who do not submit their details before check-in will not be confirmed and/or admitted. After COVID, many guests do NOT want to touch other people's things. Please do not leave clothes, towels and other personal items in the bathroom or shower (many guests bring their own toiletries). And if you're going to use the shampoo or gel assigned to guests, please store it inside the Airbnb cabinet after use and leave the shower CLEAN and EMPTY. After showering, some water usually falls to the FLOOR, please use the mop that is in sight. This way we keep it clean and you can also prevent someone from slipping. Before leaving the bathroom, check that you are NOT leaving it dirty (especially the TOILET). Many just lower the lid without checking that it is CLEAN. Leave the rolls of TOILET PAPER (TP) inside their basket to prevent them from getting wet. And please use it sparingly (do not take TP to your room, there are other guests who will also need it) ⚠️On the last day, please LEAVE the keys INSIDE the room and CLOSE THE DOORS (both the ROOM and APARTMENT). Some guests leave the room door open with all used towels, trash, and clutter in sight (causing VISUAL NOISE to other guests).
