SW London, 15 minute train to central London

This well-equipped two double-bed house with sofa bed in lounge, office and garden in a quiet residential street is only 5 minutes walk to Earlsfield train station, Sainsbury’s supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants. The train to London Waterloo is only 15 minutes or 5 minutes to Clapham Junction to go to eg Gatwick Airport, Windsor Castle and Portsmouth. In the other direction it is only 4 minutes (1 stop) to Wimbledon or you can get to great places like Hampton Court and Richmond easily. The space This semi-detached house has a spacious open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge area, which opens out to the back garden and patio area via two double french doors and it has a 70 inch flat screen tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime available for guests. The house has another separate relaxing lounge area on the ground floor with tv and two sofas (one a sofa bed), so this room can be set up as an additional double bedroom making 3 double rooms in total. There is a downstairs toilet between the lounge and kitchen on the ground floor. There is a dedicated office upstairs for those who want to plug in their laptop directly to the hub and catch up with emails or web browsing. There is also a photocopier/printer (with air printing from iPhones) and other office supplies for use. Unlimited WiFi is available throughout the house. There are two bedrooms upstairs each with double beds, one with an en-suite shower and toilet. The main bathroom has a bath for those who prefer it, with a shower over the bath. You will have use of the whole house, which is well located for regular public transport (overground trains and buses a short walk away). If you bring a car please note that while there is usually free parking on the street outside the house at weekends, you will need to pay for parking between 09.30-16.30 Monday to Friday, if you leave the car outside the house during these hours. This can be paid for easily online or by phone. Details are on the lamp post just outside the house. Please note that from 1 October 2021 there will be occasional additional parking restrictions/charges when events take place at Wimbledon Stadium.
