On a 3/4 acre lot, this is pet and child-friendly with a fenced-in area for your family/pets. Close to Mall of GA shopping, Cumming, Sugar Hill and Lake Lanier Islands. Private covered parking in carport. Long driveway! The space Between Sugar Hill and Buford right off the lake, guests can enjoy easy access to shopping, hiking, activities at Margaritaville on Lanier, restaurants on the lake or bring and launch their own kayaks or canoes, or rent some locally. Settle in for time around a campfire in the French-inspired firepit in the evening! Guest access Guests have access to the whole property. Lake Lanier access is at the tip of the property, and guests can access the water by following the road beside the house down, then cutting over to the left through the woods.
