The house offers a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a sunny panoramic balcony. An ideal starting point to discover the true soul of Puglia. The space The recently renovated structure is located in the center of the village. From the balconies you can admire the Apulia countryside, behind there is the church. The house is spacious and quiet, offering panoramic living rooms and bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The stairs lead to the first floor where the kitchen is located, in an "alcove" that communicates with the large living-dining room, an open and functional space. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms equipped with a comfortable shower, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom also offers a freestanding bathtub directly in the room and is available only for reservations for at least 4 people or ON REQUEST. All rooms have air conditioning and balconies overlooking the countryside. In each main room it is possible to have a work table where you can use a computer and carry out work remotely. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and Smart TV. The structure, being very quiet and in a peaceful setting, is ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside or in a short time reach the sea and the nightlife of the neighboring towns. It is also suitable for those looking for good local cuisine. The recent renovation has left intact the architectural structure and the original construction materials. Guest access The property is located 10 km from the sea in the center between 4 towns: Polignano a Mare (8 km), Monopoli (10 km), Castellana Grotte (4 km), Conversano (5 km). Bari, the capital of Puglia, is about 40 km away. Bari airport is 40 minutes away by car (50 km) and one hour from Brindisi airport. Those travelling by train or plane can rent a car or arrange transport to the house with me. The house is located in the center of the village, known for the production of excellent local beer, genuine cuisine and popular restaurants and steakhouses. Just a few kilometers away are the enchanting beaches of the south-east of Bari: Polignano a Mare (7km) with its spectacular views, balconies overlooking the sea and sea caves, Monopoli (9km), the unique city for its numerous coves set between the rocks and the wide sandy beaches of Capitolo with beaches equipped with every comfort. Very close are also the speleological caves of Castellana (4km), the historic center of Conversano (5km). A few steps from the house are the village church, the pharmacy, the post office, the supermarket, the bakery, the pubs, the brewery, the pizzerias, the restaurants, etc. Possibility of free parking. Other things to note - The structure "Alcova di Puglia" has got another bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. - The second bedroom is available for bookings of at least four people or UPON REQUEST. - The shower in the first bedroom is equipped with an anti-scald thermostatic mixer with automatic temperature regulation. - Linen is provided by the property. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. - ACCESS to the second bedroom is through the first one. - Pets are not allowed. - Free parking close to the house. - The house does not have a lift. Some important house rules: FRYING IS NOT ALLOWED. BINS MUST BE LEFT EMPTY AND CLEAN BEFORE CHECKING OUT. USE THE BATH TOWELS FOR YOUR BODY ONLY. DO NOT USE BATH TOWELS TO CLEAN HOME DIRT, SHOES OR OTHER OBJECTS AND SURFACES. USE SPONGES, CLOTHES AND KITCHEN RAGS FOR THIS PURPOSE. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO WELCOME FOREIGNERS INSIDE THE BUILDING NOR TO ACCOMMODATE OTHER PEOPLE OTHER THAN THOSE DECLARED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. It is forbidden to cause any disturbance during the night, in particular from 24:00 to 08:00, as well as during the afternoon rest, from 14:00 to 17:00. Do not leave children unattended. Do not leave open taps, lights, air conditioners on while you are away. Avoid slamming doors, especially the apartment entrance door. When leaving the house, remember to take the keys with you. If the front door slams, it can close leaving you out of the house without the keys! Do not throw objects that could obstruct the water drain pipes in the sanitary ware and sinks. Avoid using excessive detergent. Do not move furniture and furnishings without the prior authorization of the owner. Take care of the flat and the objects it contains. FRYING IS NOT ALLOWED. For cooking dishes in a pan, use the lids. For the delivery of the RUBBISH, place the trash cans for the differentiated collection in the evening after 11.00 pm on the days indicated in the table: ORGANIC in bag and dustbin - Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evening. MIXED WASTE in bag and dustbin - Friday evening. PLASTIC AND METALS directly in the bag - Wednesday evening. GLASS in dustbin without bag - Thursday evening.
