There's also an express Shortline bus, from Port Authority to Monticello, which arrives only 15 minutes away from the house. There's plenty of parking available in the driveway. In the unlikely event that the pool or hot tub is not in working order, we will refund a maximum $75 per night for each day it is not operational. Although this has never happened, we cannot guarantee the pool or hot tub's availability if there's a mechanical or water quality issue beyond our control.
