Children should never be left unattended near the pool. 🌳 Outdoor Environment Our outdoor spaces are maintained regularly, but due to Florida's natural surroundings, leaves and debris may accumulate. A perfectly leaf-free yard cannot be guaranteed, but we do our best to maintain a clean and inviting space. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 🛏️ Furnishings & Property Use This is a vacation rental home, and while we take the upkeep of our property and furnishings seriously, normal wear and tear is expected. Rest assured, all amenities will be clean, maintained, and fully functional for your use during your stay. 🐜 Insect Precautions Florida’s sub-tropical climate may attract bugs or critters. The property is treated regularly by a licensed pest control service. Please keep doors closed to reduce the chance of bugs entering. You may occasionally see dead bugs, which simply means the treatment is working. This is not a sign of infestation. 🧴 Toiletries and pantry items such as salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided. Please bring any personal or cooking essentials you may need for your stay. 🛏️ Bunk Bed Safety If your room includes bunk beds, please use them with caution.
