Just 5 minutes from Playa Les Marines and a nice 25-minute walk to the charming city center, this fine holiday spot is located in a quiet, well-maintained urbanization. The space The apartment is suitable for up to 5 people and has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a child-friendly room with a bunk bed and an additional single bed. The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a bathtub with shower. The traditional kitchen is equipped with new appliances. There is a washing machine in the utility room – useful if you stay a little longer. The spacious living room has a cozy sitting area and a dining area, ideal for dining together or relaxing after a day at the beach. Outside you can enjoy a large terrace, partly covered and with a large awning. The terrace is equipped with a dining table and a lounge set – perfect for a breakfast in the shade or an aperitif in the evening sun. In the green, well maintained garden is a large communal swimming pool. A rescuer is present at certain hours in July and August. There is a children's pool. The garden is very child-friendly, with a few toys where the little ones can enjoy themselves completely. Furthermore, there is Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV and a private parking space – everything for a relaxing, carefree holiday under the Spanish sun!
