This modern 3-story mezzanine villa has 4 bedrooms and a rooftop office with stunning rice field views. Located in Pererenan, just 2 minutes by motorbike to the beach and within walking distance of the Open House. With the new Pererenan shortcut, you can reach Batu Bolong, Echo Beach, Deus, Old Man's, La Brisa, and various popular places in Canggu in just a few minutes. The space On the ground floor there is a closed, comfortable living area with a sofa bed and a direct view of the pool. Through the large glass front, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the rice fields in the Green Zone of Pererenan. The villa has a modern, fully equipped western kitchen with oven and gas stove. The first bedroom on the ground floor offers an open bathroom with a round window and a view of a small private garden with tropical plants. The second and third bedrooms each have a balcony overlooking the rice fields. Both bathrooms are equipped with generous showers and a glass roof – for the feeling of showering in the open air. The fourth bedroom with an attached office is located on the third floor and offers a room height of about 15 metres and a spectacular panoramic view over the entire landscape of Pererenan. A fantastic place to work – especially because you can even see the sea. ⸻ Please note 🛁 The fourth bedroom shares the bathroom on the second floor. ⸻ Stair and railing safety!! For guests with small children, we would like to draw particular attention to the safety of our stairs. The villa has three floors with an open mezzanine staircase. The third floor is about 9 metres above the ground, and the railing there is not suitable for children under 5 years of age. For this reason, we have installed a swinging security door between the second and third floors. Please note that parents are fully responsible for the supervision of their children at all times. In addition, the stairs from the first to the second floor are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Please be especially careful here too.
