You will spend a pleasant stay in the heart of Nice in the Carre d'or district, close to the Promenade des Anglais, in my freshly renovated apartment with new double glazed soundproofed windows installed in 2024. The apartment is equipped to accommodate 6 travelers. It has three double beds. Air conditioning, ironing set, hair dryer and washing machine are included. Sheets and towels will be provided. For more information please read the detailed description below. :) The space Features enjoyed by my guests: - Bright and spacious apartment, ideally located close to the beaches, the Promenade de Anglais, Avenue Jean Médecin, in a very popular area in the city center. - Air conditioned apartment, completely renovated and with new double glazing soundproofed windows installed in 2024. - Pleasant accommodation for a leisure stay but also for teleworking. - Easily accessible, bus stop 2 minutes on foot and Nice Train Station is less than 15 minutes' walk away. - Fully equipped linens, towels and a few coffee capsules will be provided. Other features to consider: - The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator. - The apartment has a smart TV. - You will have at your disposal up to three set of keys. Accessibility Information: The building has a lift measuring 105 cm deep with a 65 cm wide doorway. It can accommodate a small pushchair, and we have previously welcomed guests using a wheelchair.
