The unit is located at the back of the house, providing a quiet private space day and night. Large park/playground one block away. Apple TV. Conveniently located 10-minutes to Chase Center, 20-minutes from downtown, Mission, Dogpatch, Oracle Park & SFO. Free street parking on the block. The space Bayview is uniquely diverse in that it is both a multi-cultural and a socio-economically blended area. You will find African-American, Latino, Asian, and white families of all different economic classes living next door to each other. Because the neighborhood also has a large immigrant population, you will hear people speaking Spanish, Chinese, and other languages. If you are uncomfortable being in a neighborhood that is extremely diverse, the Bayview is not for you. There are many exceptional local food and drink places! Guest access You are welcome to use the back patio and gas BBQ. Please be careful, especially with kids, as the remaining yard is wild and sloped and there is a 3 foot drop off of the retaining wall. If you need to smoke, please smoke on the sidewalk IN FRONT of the house, there is absolutely no smoking in the unit or behind the house. There is a large kitchenette with everything except for an oven/stove. The kitchenette is decked out with the usual necessities: sink, full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, plates, bowls, cooking utensils, eating utensils, coffee & tea service, etc. There's an Apple TV with the usual streaming services, or you can stream from your own device. Other things to note TRANSIT OPTIONS: We prefer to use ride share services to get around the City from our home (Waymo, Lyft, Uber). There are several Muni bus lines that stop on our block (15, 23, 44) and we are a half mile from the Muni light rail T-line (red) that takes you through Dogpatch, Downtown, and into Chinatown.
