You can leave your baggage after 1pm in your apartment before you check-in, if you don't mind your room possibly not being cleaned yet. It will be cleaned by the time you check in. Please contact us if you leave your bags in advance. Q. Is it possible to check in earlier ? A. Unfortunately, we do not accept an early check-in request. Leaving your baggage in your room is available after 12:00. Your room may not have cleaned yet. Cleaning will be done before check-in time. Q. Late check in A. It is possible. Our guests can check in any time after 5 at their convenience. Q. Can you tell us how to check in? A. From a security perspective, we will send you the PDF showing how to check in the day before your check-in date. There are no staff members in the property. Check in is done by the guests, themselves. Please pick up the room key and enter your room. Q. Late check-out A. We are sorry but we can not accept late check-in due to cleaning system. Please use public coin lockers. Q. Are pets allowed to stay with us? A. Due to allergic issues, pets are not allowed in our facility. We appreciate your cooperation. Q. Do you have a pick-up service? A. Pick-up service is not available but we send maps to the property before you check in. Q. Can we pay in cash when we check-in? A. We only accept credit card payments. Q. How many days before check-in date do you settle an account? A. We settle an account by your check-in date. Q. Is the property permitted? A. This is the property that is operated with the permission of administration. Please note that we will ask you for copies of your passport photo, address, occupation, after booking for compliance with laws and regulations. Q. Can we smoke? A. Smoking is strictly prohibited (Even in balcony, and even electronic cigarette) . Q. Is this property legally operated?
