We are in the heart of Oak Cliff walking distance to coffee shops restaurants and unique shopping. We have owned and lived in this neighborhood for 18 years and can answer any questions you have. We are 2 miles from downtown in a historic craftsman neighborhood across the street from a park with a lighted walking/jogging path. A newly exposed natural spring and renovation continue for an aquatic center! Other things to note This place is not suitable for parties or children under 12, because of the steep staircase we do not allow children. Out of respect of future guests NO pets will be tolerated in the apartment. NO parties out of respect for my neighbors!
