Queen futon bed. Quiet. Share bath with one other (male) guest who stays down the hall. Guest access Kitchen, living room, and office are all accessible. 2nd bath if needed is also accessible. During your stay Very little time home by the host. Jean, the house caregiver is very accessible though. Another guest is down the open hall, but in over 5 years no guest here has been troubled by the other's noise. Other things to note Washer Dryer, living room, and office are all yours to use. So is kitchen on the weekends. Downstairs for any time is fridge, sink, microwave and coffee maker.
