This totally private apartment is in a house one block away from trendy Roncesvalles Avenue. It is a block away from High Park, Boutique Stores, public transportation, the lakeshore, St. Joseph's Hospital, a library & and many popular restaurants. Our separate apartment is good for couples, singles and business travelers. The space you will be renting has a living room with a TV, DVD player, Wii, Netflix and Roku TV. There is a separate entrance, a bedroom with a door and a modern bathroom with heated floors and a rain shower. There is also a washer and dryer for you to use. The living space has a small kitchen area with a sink, a Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, and cream. There is a small bar fridge,induction plate, toaster oven and microwave as well. All plates, cutlery etc... is supplied. Towels, sheets, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are supplied too. We are a family of four living upstairs but we are often out. We are here if you need us, but with a separate entrance, your space is your own and there is no need to see us. Upon booking, an email will be sent with the door code/key access. Upon booking, a phone number is provided for texting any questions or concerns you may have while you are here. Roncesvalles Village is one of the most popular in Toronto. It has everything at your fingertips; Revue Movie Theater, Candy Stores, bakeries, shopping, grocery store, coffee shops, fantastic assortment of restaurants, book stores, drug store, library, churches, clothing boutiques and specialty stores and spas. Our house is one block and a half from the Main Street and a block from High Park (the largest park in the city). We are a block from Roncesvalles Ave. where you can get a streetcar or taxi. The streetcar will go downtown via King or Queen Street or can take you (in 5 minutes) to the Toronto Subway System. Roncesvalles is a great location for cars as well, as you can access all the highways with very little city driving. If parking is needed, we can arrange for that in advance of your stay.
