This cozy one-bedroom (total area: 47 sq.m.) apartment located just in the heart of Yerevan. All attractions, cafes, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The space Whether you are coming to Yerevan for business or pleasure, this apartment offers all you need for a successful stay. It is ideal for everyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay and can comfortably accommodate 4 people with the sofa bed. Apartment is on 3rd floor of a 5-storey building (no elevator) ✧ THINGS WE HAVE Items we provide include bed linen, towels (no slippers, no bathrobe), liquid soap (no shampoo), washing powder, toilet paper, iron, hair dryer and cooking items (no spices). All amenities are provided once at the start of your stay. If you need to change bedding and towels during your stay, you can order for an additional fee of $10 per set, an additional set will cost $15. Cleaning during the stay is available for an extra charge. ✧ IF MORE THAN 2 GUESTS If you specify more than 2 guests in your reservation, the price will include an extra set of linen and towels for the sofa. Other things to note ✧ CHECK-IN-OUT, LUGGAGE STORAGE The earliest you can check-in is 15:00 and the latest you have to check-out is 12:00. You can check-in/out during the evening/night hours, too. Sadly, there are no lockers or a place to store your luggage in our apartment. So, if there is a mismatch between your travel schedule and our check-in/out hours, please consider booking an extra day. Note: The apartment has been beautifully staged for the photos to enhance the look and feel. Some decorative elements shown in the pictures may not be present during your stay, but rest assured, the space will be fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable experience.
