Charming East York room 18 minutes to Union Stn

This small but bright cozy room with a view to the street, has a double bed, desk, dresser and closet. My home is a cozy, non toxic, environmentally friendly oasis just east of downtown with easy access to subway and GO train service. The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to many restaurants, cafes, parks and a supermarket. I ASK THAT YOU PLEASE NOT USE ANY SCENTED PRODUCTS, PERFUMES, COLOGNES, HAIRSPRAY, NAIL POLISH, ETC My home is non smoking, inside and out. The space My home is a warm, comfy space in a charming, quiet residential neighbourhood, yet within easy walking distance of all amenities. *** Please note - My home is not suitable for use as a home office *** Guest access In addition to your private room, you have access to the shared bathroom ( one other guest) and the kitchen (for light cooking). You may do a load of laundry if your stay is a week or more. My home office is part of the living room, so I ask that you kindly respect my privacy During your stay I can help orient you around Toronto, recommend places to visit, and will try to answer any questions you have about our city. Other things to note My stairs are steeper than normal, and the rooms are on the second floor, so if you have mobility issues, my house is not the best choice for you.
