Le Presbytère cottage with stunning views of the lake

In the small village of Prunières (05230), between the Réallon ski resort and the shores of Lake Serre-Ponçon, we welcome you to a charming, completely renovated gîte, with stunning views of the lake, in a typical house of the region. In winter, you can be on the slopes of Réallon in 15 minutes or Les Orres 1800 in 45 minutes. In summer, St-Michel Bay, its beach and water sports are just 5 minutes away. All local shops are also 5 minutes away in Chorges. The space Our accommodation is located at the entrance of the small village of Prunières in a beautiful setting, where you can spend a quiet holiday in the countryside. The view is breathtaking on the largest artificial lake in France, fed mainly by the clear waters of the Durance and Ubaye, which also offer whitewater sports activities, especially on the Durance. St Michel Bay is visible from our garden, and you can rent a sailboat, boat, canoe or kayak and try jet skiing. Many hiking trails start from the village, with routes suitable for children as well as more experienced walkers. During your stay, you can also indulge in other activities: microlight flight, hot air balloon, horseback riding, pony riding for children, tree climbing, climbing, via ferrata… The surrounding ski resorts will allow you to practice winter sports, dog sledding, snowmobiling and sledding on track You can also enjoy the local markets in Chorges, Savines-le-Lac, Embrun where the stalls introduce you to the best of the local area. A night market is also held in Prunières once a week during the summer. Guest access Upstairs gîte with access to the garden. Very quiet environment, confirmed by guests. On request, breakfast basket (9 euros per person). Outdoor Jacuzzi in summer, weather permitting (limited access by reservation 15 euros for 1/2 hour). Other things to note For babies over 2 years old (3 to 5 years old) a gate is installed at the top of the spiral staircase. Please note that there is a step to go from the kitchen to the living room, and two steps to access the two bedrooms.
