A Dyson fan, Bluetooth radio, wireless charging, washer and dryer add everyday convenience. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are reached by stairs, and the bathroom includes a bidet. The kitchen is stocked with crockery and cutlery for at least four. Guest access The entire townhouse and courtyard are private. There is no on-site parking, and stairs are required inside the home. Other things to note The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD $50 Per hour.
