This spacious 5-bedroom residence, complete with a brand-new kitchen and 3 bathrooms is ideal for large groups or families. Conveniently located just a 6-minute drive from the town center and 10 minutes from the airport, you will have easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions that Queenstown has to offer. We look forward to welcoming you for a comfortable & enjoyable stay! The space Upstairs: • Master Bedroom: Features a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom and wardrobe. A foldable cot is available upon request. The bed includes an electric blanket, and a fan heater is provided for your comfort. • Air Conditioning: Located near the main entrance. • Kitchen & Dining Area: Fully equipped with modern appliances. • Main Living Room: Includes a gas fireplace and heat pump for added warmth. • Bedrooms 2 & 3: Each equipped with a queen-size bed, electric blanket, and heater. A full bathroom (bathroom 2) is situated between these two bedrooms. Downstairs: • Bedroom 4: Offers one queen-size bed and one king single bed, along with a wardrobe. An electric panel heater and elastic blankets are provided. • Bedroom 5: Features two king single beds, also equipped with an electric panel heater and elastic blankets. • Living Room 2: Contains a dining table with six seats. An air conditioner is available for both heating and cooling. • Bathroom 3: Located next to the garage. • Laundry Area: Situated in the garage, complete with a washing machine and sink. Guest access We will provide the whole house check in information on the arrival day. There are 2 parking in front of the house. Other things to note We are situated in one of the oldest local communities, inhabited by long-time residents.
