The guesthouse is in a quiet residential neighborhood near Highland Park and adjacent to Pasadena, known for its tree-lined streets, local cafes, and relaxed pace. You’ll be close to the charm of South Pasadena, with easy access to Pasadena’s shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions, as well as Downtown Los Angeles for museums, dining, and events. The neighborhood is perfect for guests who enjoy peaceful mornings, scenic walks, and local dining, rather than nightlife or crowds. Guests enjoy 24-hour access, and late arrivals are no problem. One personal vehicle may be parked in the driveway; a dedicated parking space will be assigned upon arrival. Other things to note We are a family of four and use the pool regularly during the summer and on warm days. The pool is not heated, and there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk. The pool is for the use of registered Airbnb guests only; additional visitors are not permitted. For safety, glass or breakable items are not allowed in or around the pool area. Plastic cups are provided in the studio for your convenience. Please review and follow the pool guidelines outlined in the studio handbook. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool during daylight hours.
