Private Room/Caseta in the heart of The Woodlands

Welcome to The Woodlands, TX, which is widely considered one of the best master-planned communities in the USA. Natural beauty and a mix of urban amenities make it a top choice. A private Casita (In-Law Suite) in a quiet neighborhood. Guest(s) will have a private room with an attached bathroom, a spacious closet, and a Memory foam King bed. Minutes away from hospitals, hotels, restaurants, Woodlands Mall, Market Street, Cynthia Wood Mitchell Pavilion, and the Lonestar College in The Woodlands. The space Guests will have private access to Casita, and the room is completely detached from the main house. Guests will have an attached full bathroom and a huge closet for storage. Guests will havea good place to rest or work. A table / Desk with space for a laptop and a chair to work. The space is included with a mini Refrigerator, Microwave and Electric Kettle for hot water. We live across the room, so if you need anything, we would be very happy to share if we have it. This is a perfect setup for Students and Singles. Guest access Guests will have private access to Casita. If there is a second /another guest, they shall provide an ID and state their relationship to the primary guest. Guests can park their car in front of the house. (street parking). Please keep the room clean. No pets allowed. NO SMOKING ($200 Cleaning Fee)! No tossing cigarette butts anywhere in the home! NO EXTRA GUESTS! Verify the correct number of guests (names and IDs) and vehicles entering the property and home. During your stay We live very next door and a calling bell away from the room. Other things to note Please take off your shoes when you go inside the house and leave them by the door. No parties or illegal activities in the house. The Washer and dryer are available for use.
