Our house is situated in a quiet but very central part of Zante town, just 150m away from: -the famous central squares of Saint Markus & Solomos -the nearest to Zante town beach (Plaz EOT) -museums, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakeries and bars. The space Dimitra House is consisted of two different properties: a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor and a two-floor maisonette on the first floor. The ground floor apartment is consisted of two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), kitchen (fully equipped) and a living room. The two-floor maisonette is consisted of two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), kitchen (fully equipped) and a living room. Dimitra House can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests (2 on each of the 4 bedrooms and 2 guests on an extra folding guest bed on each living room). Guest access Dimitra House is equipped with: • High-speed Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning on all areas • LCD Smart TV • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils) • Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster • Washing machine • Fresh bed linen and towels Other things to note According to the Greek legislation for short term rentals, the passport number of the person who makes the reservation will be required to be provided during the check-in. "Flexible" check-in/-out time policy: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the apartment for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by noon or 1pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the apartment if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
