People who book my place are usually out and about during the day. If you are booking to stay in or have a romantic weekend my place is probably not what you want. There is privacy. But, I'm not a hotel. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE CHECKING IN AFTER 10 PM! Large comfy and safe, relaxing townhouse. 3.3 miles to the Strip. Quiet and clean. Close to Fremont St.,Convention Center and UNLV. Do not eat or drink in your room. There is a kitchen and patio to eat food. The space PLEASE READ! ****IMPORTANT**** Large, clean sunny room. Sleeps two people only. No children. There is NO TV in the room. NO CHECK IN AFTER 10:00 PM. IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR A ROMANTIC WEEKEND AND WILL BE STAYING IN THE ROOM ALL DAY........my place is not the place to book! I prefer to host tourists who are out and about during the day. Guest access THE LATEST CHECK IN TIME I WILL ACCEPT IS 10:00 PM. Queen size bed, private bathroom. Large closet, desk and chair. PLEASE DO NOT EAT IN THE ROOM! There is a table in the kitchen and a patio area. During your stay I live in the home and am available for questions or advice. Other things to note A very friendly small dog lives with me. She loves people and is very spoiled. Pool opens April 1st. PLEASE NO CHILDREN!
