Three bedrooms; bedroom one and two have queens, bedroom three has one double bed all bedrooms have clothes storage (please note that the King Living Jasper couch in the lounge does convert to a bed - double, or two singles- you will need to also bring your own linen if you’d like to use this for sleeping and ask for instructions on how to configure) . Small bathroom with hip bath and shower . Separate toilet and laundry with access to garden . Garden features clothesline and Weber bbq • Easy access to beach, shops & school - PLEASE NOTE that pets are welcome, however back yard is NOT secure and pets must not be allowed on soft furnishings, unattended in the home, or on furniture (extra charges will apply if house rules breached) Guest access Entire house and garden. Other things to note - pillow cases, - fitted sheets, - flat sheets, - towels, and tea towels are NOT supplied and guests will need to bring their own All beds are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors and have doonas with covers, but a flat sheet of your own must be used in addition to the doona. There is a laundry fee if any linen is soiled.
